Honestly as someone who kinda felt the same and specifically came back cause of my idea of Classic/BC/Wrath superiority. Cata has been by far and large the best raiding experience I've had in classic. Vanilla was so boring even speed running (I was a priest with a second priest to save wbs to fish for good seeds in AQ) BC was fine but like just better classes with same vanilla lame raiding. Wrath is always fun but felt too zug imo. Cata has been the first one that actually feels like the team as a whole has to be a team to succeed.

world pvp ist such a dumb thing :D its never fair. you fight 4 people alone or they attack you when you are at 50% hp. thats fun? wow.

@@Plasmabeisser I like world PvP and see the unfair nature as part of the charm. Hiding from a group of gankers, getting help and revenge on them, or even being a ganker yourself and seeing how long you can last. It is fun to have things unpredictable in the world. On a PvE server could just walk from A to B knowing I'm safe and not pay attention, but on a PvP server there's more of a LOTRD "stay off the road Frodo" vibe and needing to hide from something much more powerful (unfair), and always having to keep your eyes out for them. It is more like life and war which isn't always fair. I can remember when 3-4 people were chasing me during TBC launch and it was certainly unfair, but they tried to follow me off a cliff when I could bubble, so I ended up finishing them off because they lost so much health. That was much more memorable than any battleground or arena. Also coming to save a low level friend from being camped by 3 max levels in Simmering Flats and barely being able to keep killing them despite the unfairness. Having these kind of Jackie Chan fight scenes to aspire to, where the unfairness makes it more unpredictable, is more interesting to me than an eSports match where both sides are equal like it is soccer or something. Which don't get me wrong ... duels or battlegrounds are still fun ... but mostly for practice and not as fun for me.

I seem to be part of the very few people who actually enjoyed getting world buffs.

Also kinda curious though if hungering cold would count for stunning the little adds on conclave.

Where are paladins getting love lmao? Ret is in shambles and looking to be a very low dps spec and its entirely identity was uprooted with this new deal system. Do you even read these patch notes? Feral is coming in to be one of the best specs of the phase. Please learn to read. The fact paladin needed so many moves to go baseline shows how they’re in a BAD spot. You’re asking for major abilities to get made baseline when paladins literally had to choose between “best most important damaging ability” vs. “having a kick, tremor totem, or other utility”. It’s not even remotely the same. They had their core dps ability on the same rune slot as utility moves and they had their core seal single target spell on the same rune as an extremely classic aoe move. The class is in shambles. The other specs are just as badly designed, hence all the changes

@cococock2418 roflmao you obviously started at wrath or later. We always wanted a classic+. All they needed to do was add TBC content and talents into the game and rework some classes to make it fit. If you want retail go fucking play that shit, it's a slog and feels terrible to me. Why you want them to destroy what classic players wanted and loved is beyond me, I'm not asking them to rework retail, it's a failed endeavor.

If you wanna play classic just go play era lol or a private server that gives you what you want

@TankingPriestVideos melee will be doing less damage at 60 than it did at 50 based on the changes. And ranged hunter, while doing good damage will have an extreamly clunky rotation.

All back runes are weak or boring or both.We still missing affli build.Even with changes runes like felguard , soul siphon and wake of fire are useless.We have tons more useless runes that need rework.
